INTRO

At Cole Haan, I led a UX design project to  improve the user experience on their e-commerce platform. The project included implementing new features, integrating user feedback, and conducting a thorough website audit for  optimizations conducted across the website.

OBJECTIVES

• Improve user navigation and product discovery
• Enhance the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment
• Integrate user feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement
• Optimize key pages for better performance and engagement
• Introduce innovative features to enrich the shopping experience

KEY ENHANCEMENTS

Website Audit and Optimization: Conducted a comprehensive audit to fix inconsistencies and performance issues, resulting in enhanced site speed, fixed broken links, and improved usability.

Checkout Optimization: Streamlined the checkout process through A/B testing, reducing steps and adding clearer instructions, which significantly reduced cart abandonment.

Customer feedback form & NPS Implementation: Introduced a feedback form and Net Promoter Score (NPS) system to gather insights, informing further enhancements and boosting customer satisfaction.

NFC enabled in-store digital experience: Implemented NFC technology for a seamless, interactive shopping experience for mobile users, attracting tech-savvy customers.

Advanced filtering options: Implemented advanced filters allowing users to sort products by size, color, price, and more, increasing engagement and improving product discovery.

Size guide integration: Added comprehensive size guides on product pages, reducing return rates and increasing customer satisfaction.
